Prices vary according to duration of reservation. Please consult your booking agent for pricing information.
Multi hour discounts are available for longer reservations.
Our 22 Passenger Limo bus Books out at $ 225.00 for a single hour. The multi hour rate for 2 or more hours is $ 175.00 per hour.
Our 35 Passenger Party bus Books out at $ 275.00 for a single hour. The multi hour ratefor 2 or more hours is $ 225.00 per hour.
There is a driver gratuity of 20% and a fuel charge of 5% added to the total of your reservation.
There is a hourly minimum for out of town reservations. Please indicate where your pick up point will be and how long your reservation will be.
Please ask for pricing information if you are a non-proffit organization or charitable foundation.
When booking it is important to let your booking agent know if you have coupons, vouchers, trades, or other discount promotions.
For trades, vouchers, and donated certificates, we reserve the right to block out peak hours of operation. Friday 8:00pm through Sunday 8:00pm.
Gift certificates purchased through our office can be redeemed at all hours of operation.
A deposit is required at time of booking to block out your desired Date and Time. We will gladly enter your reservation as pending at any time, but in order to reserve the time you must have a minimum deposit of 20% paid .
Confirmations: We will gladly send you a E-mail or text confirmation upon your paid deposit. It is our policy that your driver attempt to contact you the day befor to confirm essential details of your reservation.
All reservations must be paid in advance of departure. See methods of payment or ask your booking agent for payment methods. Checks must be paid one week prior to your reservation or be cleared with Alexander Limousine for terms of acceptance.
Methods of payment:
Cash is accepted at all times. If you prefer to pay in cash your balance will be due no later than your pick up time. Please be prepared to pay driver in full at that time.
Credit card : We accept most major credit cards. Your reservation can be secured with a valid credit card and or be paid in full at any time. Be prepared to provide the proper identification when paying with credit card. To avoid complications we encourage you to pay your reservation balance in full at the earliest convienience.
Checks : If you choose to pay by check you must clear it with management prior to booking. We gladly accept checks under the proper protocall. Please indicate if you will be paying by check. Thank you
