Alcohol on the bus

Please be aware of our policies regarding the use of alcohol on our vehicles.
 
It is the responsability of the client to ensure that themselves and their guests be in complience with all applicable laws regarding alcohol use during the course of their reservation.
 
No person under the age of 21 years shall have in their possession nor consume alcohol while on any of our vehicles.
 
It is the policy of Oregon Party Bus employees/drivers to contact athorities immediately if they witness or become aware of violations of underage drinking.
 
A violation of alcohol use could result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
 
Alcohol is limited to the rear portion of the bus and may not be forward in the driver or loading area.
 
 Alcohol must remain on the bus until the end of the reservation. No drinks containing alcohol may be taken off the bus while stopped at bars, clubs, restrooms, neighborhoods, stores, etc.
 
Oregon Party Bus acknowledges the use of alcohol during the course of some reservations. We would ask that it's use be kept in moderation and lawfull. We want you to enjoy our unique transportation and stay within the limits of the law.
Each passenger that plans to consume alcohol while on one of our busses needs to be prepared to show photo ID to the driver prior to drinking on the bus.
 
When mixed age groups will be on the bus a alcohol monitor will need to provide photo ID. Each passenger intending to consume alcohlo will need to show the driver there ID as proof of age. They will then be issued a tyvek bracelet that they will put on in front of the driver. This will indicate proof of age during the course of the reservation. If any employee of Oregon Party Bus whitnesses or becomes aware of a under age drinking violation they are required to report it to athorities. Keep in mind that any act of indescretion may be cause to terminate the reservation without refund.
    Oregon party bus wants everyone to have a good time, but we must stay within the limits of the law.
